Hope you guys are all well! It’s been a while.

This past winter has been a real drag but now that it’s finally wrapping up and moving over for spring, I’d say it’s safe to not have to pack on layers or lace up a pair of boots anymore. For me, this outfit served as a testament to that.

I was going for something light and casual. The dress pants are sharp and structured but the cropped hem and stripe detail down the sides makes them feel almost athletic. Sneakers seemed like a natural choice of footwear. Since the turtleneck had a stripe detailing down the sides too, I thought it paired well and gave the combined pieces a sense of harmony. The black trench was a final touch of polish without interference and I thought the fur lining added a bit of stylistic flare – plus it helped keep me warm since I was fighting the last leg of a bad cold lol. Simple enough 🙂
